Promotional offers
Last updated: 7 July 2026
From time to time we run promotional offers to help new customers join Rewild Mobile. These Promotional Offer Terms explain how those offers work. The specific details of the offer you are taking, including any free period and the price you will pay, are always shown to you on the sign-up page before you complete your order.
1. What these terms cover
1.1 These Promotional Offer Terms apply to any promotional offer we make available through our website, our partners, comparison sites, affiliate sites, or other marketing channels. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of use, Privacy policy and Price list.
1.2 Rewild Communications Ltd (“we”, “us”, “Rewild”, “Rewild Mobile”), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16839349), provides the promotional offers described here.
1.3 Where a promotional offer conflicts with our standard Terms of use, the details shown to you at sign-up and these Promotional Offer Terms will apply to that offer.
2. What a promotional offer is
2.1 A promotional offer may include a free introductory period, a reduced monthly price, or other benefits, as set out on the relevant sign-up page.
2.2 The full details of each offer, including any free period, the price you will pay, when payment starts, and any conditions, are shown to you before you complete your order. Please read them carefully, as they apply to the specific offer you are taking.
2.3 Offers vary depending on where and when you sign up. Different offers may run at the same time through different channels, and the price, free period and benefits may differ between them. The offer available to you is the one presented on the page through which you sign up.
3. Eligibility
Unless the specific offer states otherwise:
- promotional offers are available to new customers only, and cannot be applied to existing or previous accounts;
- one promotional offer applies per customer, household, or address;
- promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion;
- we may require you to sign up through a specific link, page, or code to qualify; and
- offers run for a limited time and may be withdrawn, changed, or extended at any time without notice. Withdrawing an offer does not affect customers who have already signed up under it.
4. Free introductory period
4.1 Where an offer includes a free introductory period, that period runs from the date your service is activated until your first billing date.
4.2 We bill on a fixed date each month (the 1st). Your free period covers the remainder of the calendar month in which you join. For example, if your service is activated on the 25th, the rest of that month is free and your first payment is taken on the 1st of the following month.
4.3 The length of your free period depends on the date you join and will be shorter if you join later in the month. Your free period and first billing date are confirmed to you at sign-up and in your welcome communications.
5. Price and billing after the promotional period
5.1 After any free introductory or promotional period ends, your service continues automatically at the ongoing price shown to you at sign-up, billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month, until you cancel.
5.2 The ongoing price that applies to you is the one confirmed at the point of sign-up and shown in your account. Prices may differ between promotional offers and from our standard pricing.
6. Changing or cancelling
6.1 You can cancel at any time in line with our Terms of use. If you cancel during a free introductory period, you will not be charged for that period.
6.2 Your statutory cancellation and cooling-off rights under consumer law are not affected by these terms.
7. Misuse of offers
7.1 We may withhold, withdraw, or reclaim a promotional benefit where we reasonably believe an offer has been obtained through misuse, fraud, error, or a breach of these terms or our Terms of use.
8. Changes to these terms
8.1 We may update these Promotional Offer Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our offers, or in law or regulation.
8.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
