Refer a friend

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Love your Rewild Mobile plan? Share it. When a friend joins Rewild on your recommendation, we’ll say thank you with £10 of account credit. These terms explain how the Refer a Friend programme works, who can take part, and the rules we apply to keep it fair.

1. What these terms cover

1.1 These Refer a Friend terms apply to the Rewild Mobile referral programme (the “Programme”). They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of use, Privacy policy and Price list.

1.2 Rewild Communications Ltd (“we”, “us”, “Rewild”, “Rewild Mobile”), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16839349), runs the Programme.

1.3 By taking part, you agree to these terms. The version published here applies to referrals made while it is in force.

2. Who can take part

2.1 In these terms, the “Referrer” is an existing Rewild Mobile customer who refers someone, and the “Friend” is the new customer they refer.

2.2 To qualify:

  • the Referrer must hold an active, paid Rewild Mobile account in good standing (not suspended or in arrears);
  • the Friend must be a genuinely new customer who has not previously held a Rewild Mobile account or activated a Rewild SIM; and
  • the Friend must not be the same person as the Referrer, and must not use the Referrer’s device, payment details, or address to create their account (see clause 5).

3. Which plans qualify

3.1 The Programme currently applies only to the Everyday SIM plan. A referral earns a reward only where the Friend orders and activates an Everyday SIM.

3.2 Referrals that result in the purchase of any other plan or product do not earn a reward under the current Programme. We may add or remove qualifying plans at any time.

4. Your reward

4.1 When a qualifying referral completes, the Referrer receives £10 as account credit.

4.2 The £10 is credit only. It is applied automatically against the Referrer’s future Rewild Mobile charges. It has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another account or person.

4.3 Credit is applied once the referral is confirmed as qualifying and after any cancellation or refund period on the Friend’s order has passed, so that a reward is not paid on an order that is later cancelled or refunded.

4.4 If the Friend’s order is cancelled, refunded, or found not to qualify, no reward is due, and we may reverse any credit already applied.

4.5 We may set a cap on the number of referral rewards a Referrer can earn in a given period, and may apply an expiry to unused credit. Any such limits will be shown on the referral page.

5. One account and one device per person

To keep the Programme fair, the following applies:

  • a person may hold only one Rewild Mobile account for the purposes of the Programme. Creating or using more than one account to give or receive referral rewards is not permitted;
  • the Programme is limited to one device per person. A device can be referred, and can qualify a referral, only once. A device that has already been used to activate a Rewild account or SIM cannot be the subject of a further referral reward; and
  • rewards are not payable on repeat or duplicate referrals of the same person or the same device, however the accounts are set up.

6. Misuse and fraud

6.1 We monitor participation to protect the Programme. We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or reclaim rewards, and suspend or close accounts, where we reasonably believe there has been self-referral, use of duplicate or shared identities, devices, payment methods or addresses, creation of fake or multiple accounts, automated or bulk sign-ups, or any other attempt to misuse or manipulate the Programme.

6.2 Our reasonable decision on what amounts to misuse is final. Nothing in this clause limits any other rights or remedies we may have.

7. Changing or ending the Programme

7.1 We may change, pause, or end the Programme, or update these terms, at any time, for example to reflect changes to our plans, or to law or regulation.

7.2 Referrals already in progress when a change takes effect will be treated under the terms in force when the referral was made.

8. General

8.1 Any advertising of the Programme, including “give £10, get £10” style messaging, is subject to the qualifying conditions in these terms.

8.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and do not affect your statutory rights.
